Wildcat throws first pitch

O-High junior Elijah Allen threw the ceremonial first pitch at Saturday’s San Francisco Giants baseball game as part of the Environmental Science Academy’s partnership with PG&E. Allen has been involved in the academy’s work with the “Solar Suitcase” program.

Four ESA students met on the field with the founder of WeShareSolar, Dr. Hal Aronson, while 29 other ESA students watched from their seats.

The Marlins beat the Giants with a final score of 6-2.
