“Kingsman” a must-watch

By: QiSheng Zhu

If you are a fan of action-packed movies, then you will enjoy Kingsman: The Secret Service very much. This movie takes place in London where a problematic child named Eggsy (Alex Nikolov) goes through a transformation to become a super spy.

Kingsman is a secret organization that was assembled by the world’s most powerful men who wanted peace. Eggsy a young adult goes through a test to qualify for the Kingsman Organization.

However, the antagonist Valentine (Samuel L. Jackson), who is a billionaire, wants to wipe out 99% of the human population using microchips that control people’s brain waves making them kill each other. The chip causes the human’s “fight” instinct to act up and make it kill or be killed.

Eggsy’s mentor Harry Hart (Colin Firth), who changed his life, got killed by Valentine. Eggsy, enraged, goes on a revenge mission.

The music goes well with all the scenes and the action looks realistic and crazy. The Kingsman organization isn’t just about action and gun fighting. The Kingsmen do it with class. They are what you call a gentleman spy organization.

Overall, I give this movie an A+ for its excellent soundtrack and amazing fight scenes. I was on the edge of my seat throughout most of the movie. I would recommend this movie to any fan of action and just anyone who wants to see cool guys in suits beating up bad guys.
